My experience includes private and family therapy, assessment and treatment of parent-child relationship, adoptive and foster parenting counselling.
In my work I apply various methods, primarily, Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), CBT and art therapy according to the needs of the diverse clients.

Принципы гуманистического подхода
Гуманистическая психология – это направление в западной психологии, главной ценностью которого является личность как уникальная целостная система, представляющая собой «открытую возможность» самоактуализации, характерной только для человека.
Когнитивно-поведенческая терапия (КПТ) помогает людям выявлять и изменять неэффективные привычки, связанные с мышлением, поведением, отношениями с другими, и заменить их на более полезные. КПТ хорошо работает при лечении тревоги и депрессии, например, помогает распознавать и отслеживать негативные мысли и шаблоны поведения, которые усиливают депрессивное состояние, и отказываться от них.
Арт терапия
Арт-терапия - это направление в психотерапии и психологической коррекции, в котором клиент решает свои психологические проблемы через процесс творчества. Важно понимать, чтоарт-терапия — это не только рисование (или изотерапия), а множество разных видов: драматерапия, библиотерапия, песочная терапия, куклотерапия, музыкотерапия, сказкотерапия, артлоготерапия, танцедвигательная терапия и т.д.
Интегративная психология предполагает максимальное использование возможностей основных направлений психологии, что помогает выбрать нужный метод для разрешения конкретной ситуации клиента
